Fitchburg Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our weekend team in Fitchburg, MA. You will provide skilled nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program, holds a valid Massachusetts license, is CPR certified, and has prior skilled nursing experience.
