Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Viola, TN is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit on 12-hour day or night shifts.

You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and provide dedicated resident care and education. You will coordinate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health professionals while supervising CNAs. A TN LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Tennessee is required.
• Duties include medication administration, vital signs and patient care.
• Strong communication with health professionals and families expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
