Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Shifts are 12 hours, with day or night options, and the role focuses on nursing care, medication administration, vital signs, and patient education.

The LPN will collaborate with physicians and NPs, supervise CNAs, and contribute to a refreshed approach to skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and collaborate with physicians and NPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs on shift.
