Job summary

Manchester-Center-For-Rehabilitation-and-Healing-1 is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour shifts, days or nights, to care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

You will perform medication administration, including IVs, monitor vital signs, provide patient care and family education, and coordinate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals; CNAs will be supervised.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
