Job summary

Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an experienced LPN/LVN Unit Manager to lead and develop the nursing team on the assigned unit. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

1. Salary: $25-$40/hr based on experience
2. Sign On Bonus: $5,000 Only Valid for full time employees who did not receive a sign on bonus with us in the past.
