Position Summary:

Provides direct patient care and supports families. Practices to the fullest extent of licensure in accordance with organizational policies. Works under the Nurse Manager's direction as part of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient's care plan. Provides population-specific care to meet developmental needs. Participates in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
