Position Overview

The LPN provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families, practicing to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the LPN functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient's plan of care and provides population-specific care to meet the developmental needs of patients. The nurse participates in performance excellence initiatives aimed at improving patient care and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program
• Current PA LPN license
• Current CPR certification
