Position Summary:
Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patients plan of care. Provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve. The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program. Current PA LPN license. Current CPR.
