Care Options for Kids in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health. You will deliver focused one-on-one nursing in the patient’s home, supporting skilled care under RN oversight and clinical leadership, with an emphasis on consistent, compassionate care.

This role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for CEU credits and professional growth through our preceptor program and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in person).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training – 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).

Responsibilities
