Job summary

Holliswood Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hollis, NY. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a base rate of $33.54 per hour with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Daily Pay is available through a third-party provider for faster access to earnings. Responsibilities include admitting residents, recording health data, administering medications, wound care, possible supervision of CNAs, aiding with daily activities, and monitoring intake/output.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
