Job summary

Centers Health Care is seeking an LPN for the Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Minoa, NY. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and base pay of $28.33–$31.90 per hour plus a $0.75 evening/night shift differential.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support CNAs. Requires a valid NY LPN license and good standing; daily pay option and two-tier insurance are offered; opportunities for advancement and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

DUTIES
