Job summary

Hollis Park Manor Nursing Home in Queens seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Under the Nurse Manager, you will ensure high-quality care and safety for residents, with opportunities in both long-term care and short-term rehab.

We welcome applicants with NYS LPN licensure; prior nursing home experience is preferred but training is available. Proficiency with EMR (Matrix) is a plus as you support daily resident care and collaborate with a skilled

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN license in New York.
• Long-term care experience preferred; training available.
• EMR experience with Matrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.

Hollis Park Manor Nursing Home, is an 80 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, loacted in the heart of Queens is looking to hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Dynamic team! We offer both, Long-Term Care and also Short-Term-Rehabilitation. Our facility is located in the Hollis neighborhood and is accessible by several MTA bus-lines literally mere steps from the entrance. We are looking to hire passionate and dedicated LPN's. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the utmost quality care and safety is delivered to all residents on consistent basis.
