Job summary

Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Wapakoneta Manor, now under new management. This role offers a 3rd shift night differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus as part of Luxor's growing care team in Ohio.

You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and supervise STNAs while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
