Job summary

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking reliable and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Dayshift team in Barnesville, OH. This full‑time/part‑time role offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and a supportive environment for high‑quality nursing care.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, and collaborating with the nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred (long‑term care a plus).
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Record and update residents' medical histories and vital signs accurately.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Administer medications and basic medical treatments per physician orders.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Collect specimens and assist with lab testing as needed.
• Provide emotional support and maintain positive communication with residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and safety regulations.
