Pennknoll Village Everett PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The role focuses on direct patient care, implementing treatment plans, and supervising CNAs.

We offer 12-hour shifts with day and night options and a competitive wage of $29.00 to $36.01 per hour with shift differentials, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation preferred.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented and dedicated professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs, including participation in their evaluations.
• Oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Provide essential nursing services and direct patient care.
• Conduct and document thorough medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.
• Perform additional duties to support quality resident care.
