Lauderdale County Schools in Ripley, TN, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for school health services. The nurse will provide safe, compassionate nursing care to children from infancy through high school age, including special needs students, under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate nursing services to children 6 weeks to 18 and until 21 for special needs children. Working under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and within the LPN scope of practice, the nurse supports student health, promotes a safe learning environment, responds to illness and injury, administers authorized medications, maintains required documentation, and communicates with parents/guardians, school personnel, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
