Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Indiana, PA and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with days, nights, and weekend shifts, plus 24/7 support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one, in‑home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high‑acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
