Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Indiana, PA and surrounding areas.

This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with patients and families, delivering high-quality, individualized in-home care, and working within a nurse-founded, clinically led organization since 2000. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (PA).
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in patient homes and build relationships.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
