Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Bethel Park, PA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes building relationships with families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), days/nights/weekends, 24/7 support, paid training, and weekly pay.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted LPN license (Pennsylvania).
• License acquired 1 year prior to application.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required

• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
