Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN (As Needed) shifts. 12-hour Day (630a-7p) or NOC (6:30p-7:00a) options, with a minimum of 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts each month.
Active MN LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire; LTC experience preferred. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, documentation, and coordinating resident care per policies.

Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours each month and Will be required to work two weekend shifts (Saturday / Sunday) every month.
Eventide will reimburse the fee to acquire a border state license upon hire for ND nurses! $5 an hour NOC shift differential and $2.00 an hour Weekend shift differential added to base wage!
