Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Mattoon, IL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a part-time shift to support resident care and safety. You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders and collaborate with the care team to uphold dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include creating personalized service plans, communicating with physicians, providers, and families, and participating in quality assurance initiatives.

Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience

QualificationsQualifications:

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
