Reflections Retirement Community in Marion, IN is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-focused care in a skilled nursing setting. You will oversee medication distribution per physician orders and help create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification
