Reflections Retirement Community in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an experienced LPN for the 2nd shift. This full-time position offers hourly pay of $27.00 and opportunities to contribute to resident safety and quality of care.

You will oversee medication administration per physician orders, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to support residents' independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
