Willowdale Health Services, part of the North Shore Health community, is hiring an LPN with a newly increased wage range of $32.00–$36.50 per hour. The role offers opportunities across all shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) in a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON, provide nursing care per plan of care.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for a group of residents.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality of care.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
