Williams Bay Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Earn $33.00–$35.50 per hour with shifts across full-time, part-time, and PRN options; new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive hands-on training and ongoing support.

Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will provide resident-centered care, assess, implement, and evaluate the care plan.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, assumes responsibility for a group of residents during a shift.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care and safety.
