Job Description

Private duty positions available for LPN. Seeking active, reliable nurse to assist a young adult. Flexible scheduling is required. Must be dependable, organized, energetic, a self-starter, responsible, knowledgeable, punctual, and patient.

Requirements include:

• Current, unencumbered LPN Virginia state nursing license
• Minimum of one year of experience as LPN
• Ability to lift about 100 pounds multiple times a day (this is a dead weight lift with no assistance)
• Live within 45 minutes of Roanoke or Salem
• Must love dogs
• Up-to-date health clearance (TB, immunizations, flu shot, etc.)
• Clean background check
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transportation
• Three professional references

Trach and ventilator experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $41 per hour.

Day and night shifts available immediately. Additional hours may be available on an as-needed basis. Must have some availability to pick up additional shifts occasionally.

Note:

• Do not apply if you live more than 45 minutes from Roanoke/Salem.
• Do not apply if you are an RN; shifts are exclusively for LPNs.
