Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking an LPN to join our Mansfield, CT team. You will collaborate with the health care team to assist patients in achieving established care outcomes and participate in direct patient care under supervision.

This role involves documenting patient data and performing therapeutic measures as directed by an RN or MD. Licensed Practical Nurse with CT licensure and prior Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut LPN license required.
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with members of health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care.
