Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group Mansfield seeks a licensed practical nurse to contribute to direct patient care and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

You will document patient data, perform therapeutic measures under RN/MD direction, and help patients and families meet health goals while upholding Connecticut licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required
