Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team at the Mansfield location in Connecticut. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to support patient outcomes and provide compassionate care throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, documentation of care plans, and performing therapeutic measures under supervision. A CT LPN license is required; prior Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
