Job summary

The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas is seeking a compassionate LPN at Mercy Convent in Omaha, NE. You will provide direct care to residents per care plans and physician orders while supervising caregivers on shifts.

Responsibilities include assessments, vitals, documentation, medication administration, and ensuring safety and infection-control protocols. You will communicate with the DON/RCA and interdisciplinary team and assist with admissions and transfers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Pay Range: $24.00-$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Mercy Convent, home to the Sisters of Mercy, is seeking compassionate and dependable LPN to join our team. This role provides direct care to the Sisters and oversees caregivers during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned service.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs and meet general physical demands
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
