Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Port Chester, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care units. You will administer medications, including IVs, take vital signs, and educate residents and families.

Responsibilities include delivering patient care, monitoring outcomes, coordinating with physicians and NPs, and supervising CNAs. We offer competitive wages, benefit packages, and several employee perks including sign-on bonus.
