Shift Available in Jackson GA

Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Collect information about conditions and treatmentplans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and familymembers
• Accurately monitor and track clients’ overall healthand medical history during every visit
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure,temperature, heart rate etc.
• Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters,among other related healthcare tasks
• Verify clients are taking the correct dosages ofmedications
• Help clients complete physical therapy and otherrecommended exercises
• Remain on-call for clients who have healthcareemergencies
• Provide emotional and psychological support to theclient and family members as needed

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• 1+ years’ nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR (American Heart Association)Certification
• Current LPN license in the state
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with directions
• Willingness to work evenings and weekendsas needed
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

We offer a $1000 cash referral fee for children on Medicaid who could benefit from medical care at home. We assist with enrolling children from neonatal age up to 21 years old in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), a Pediatric Medicaid Waiver program. If a child is already enrolled in GAPP, we provide a seamless transfer process for the following month.
