Centurion Health is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center in Kewanee, Illinois. The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Schedule: 3PM-11PM, every other Saturday and Sunday.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
