Job summary

Smith Village in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality geriatric care. You will perform resident assessments, administer medications, and follow physicians' orders, while partnering with CNAs and the nursing team to ensure compassionate, consistent care.

Starting pay is $34 per hour, with 10% weekend differential. A $2,400 sign-on bonus is paid in four installments.

• Long-term Care experience preferred.

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of residents.
• Dispense and record medications accurately.
• Carrying out physician orders accurately.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Starting Pay: $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience)

10% weekend pay differential for all shifts
