Job summary

Smith Village in Orland Park, IL is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The role offers full-time hours, pay starts at $34 per hour (experience-based) with a 10% weekend differential.

You will perform ongoing assessments, dispense and record medications, carry out physician orders, and ensure care delivered by CNAs and nurses meets high standards. We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,400 paid in four installments, plus benefits including 401K matching,

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Full-Time/ Part-time Role

Pay starts at:

$34 per hour (pay based on experience)

Additional 10% Weekend Differential for all weekend shift hours
