Job summary

Heritage Woods of Charleston seeks an LPN to oversee medication distribution per physician orders and uphold resident safety. You will develop personalized care plans, promoting independence while ensuring dignity and compassionate service.

You will collaborate with physicians and families, participate in quality improvement, and continually expand your knowledge through seminars and team discussions, contributing to a supportive elder care environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
