WeCare at Jameson Care Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Castle, PA. The part-time 2nd shift position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and focuses on delivering essential nursing care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the State of PA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide regular patient status updates.
• Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise, administer and or assist with medications.
• Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
• Follow the plan of care for each resident.
• Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
