• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects
• Monitor patients’ condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing
• Administer injections and prescribed medications, clean and dress wounds
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice and release instructions

The successful LPN candidate will be available on weekends,and some holidays.

CPT Approved Site

You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse ordoctor. LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified andcompassionate.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diversebasic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is ademanding job but also very rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature,heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress,side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake andoutput and compose patient charts
• Assist aiding patients in daily necessary activities such aseating, bathing etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc.,clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provideadvice, comfort and release instructions

Requirements
