Inova Neurology Clinic is seeking a dedicated LPN to join the team. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday day shifts from 8am to 5pm. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates.

Job location: Fairfax/Fair Oaks Hospital Campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN, utilizing the nursing process.
• Maintain and review patient records, notes, and physician orders, documenting all care activities per standards.
• Participate in team activities, quality improvement, and performance initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start.
• Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse or eligible for Virginia LPN licensure upon start.
• Experience: 2 years of LPN experience highly preferred.
• Education: Vocational/Technical Nursing.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
