Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Fairlawn, OH, is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our outpatient orthopedics team. The role provides direct patient care, supports clinicians, and helps ensure smooth clinic operations.

You will room patients, document vitals and histories in the EMR, assist with exams and procedures, and manage injections, dressings, casts, splints, and DME. A 40-hour workweek, no weekends or holidays, and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred. Experience in outpatient, ambulatory, orthopedic, plastics, or adult/pediatric specialty care settings preferred.
• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio required. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, prescription requests, and patient follow-up care.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
