• Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and preparing exam spaces

How Your Week Flows

As an LPN/ Medical Assistant, your week has a clear rhythm: you'll work a 7am-7pm shift every Friday at MMC of Haughton Clinic, then float to other MPP clinics the rest of the week. You'll start by getting oriented to the day's patient flow, connect with the provider team on priorities, and move steadily through appointments while keeping documentation current in Athena. Between patient visits, you'll coordinate quick handoffs, respond to time-sensitive needs, and help keep rooms stocked and ready so schedules stay on track from morning to evening.
