Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for the evening shift. You will provide hands-on nursing care, coordinate resident care during your shift, and guide CNAs to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $25.00–$29.55 per hour (experience-based) plus a $2.00/hour evening shift differential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package support your commitment to resident

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Base Pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour based on experience
• +$2.00/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekdays

Responsibilities
