Job summary

Bryant Health and Rehab in Georgia is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Night Shift to support short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents with professional, compassionate care.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will conduct basic physical assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort and safety around the clock.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Bryant Health and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NIGHT SHIFT to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
