Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Altoona, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate nursing team. New graduates are welcome and may start as early as next week. Expect a supportive environment and opportunities to care for residents with dignity.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor vitals, support daily living activities, and collaborate with RNs and physicians. Walk-ins welcome Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM for quick interviews.

About the Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing team and other healthcare professionals.

We're looking for LPNs who are passionate about working with seniors and committed to providing safe, compassionate and quality care.

LPN Responsibilities
