The Staff Pad in Helena, MT, is seeking a part-time Clinic Support Technician to join a hospital FloatPool. This entry-level role offers training and a clear path into healthcare while supporting care teams behind the scenes.

You’ll provide administrative and operational support to ambulatory clinics, help with scheduling and document management, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic environment without direct patient care. Training is provided.

As a Clinic Support Technician, you’ll play animportant role in helping clinics run smoothly and supporting care teams behindthe scenes so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

This position does not provide direct patient careor require clinical licensure or certification. You will:

• Provide administrative andoperational support to the ambulatory care team
• Support clinic workflow and dailyoperations under clinic leadership
• Serve as a supplemental clinicsupport team member without replacing Patient Access Specialists, MedicalAssistants, or nursing staff
• Support administrative processing,document management, clinic preparation, patient access & schedulingprocess
• Help maintain an organized,efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
• Assist with non-clinical tasks thatsupport patient access and clinic workflow, allowing licensed andcertified staff to focus on direct patient care
• Provide courteous customer servicethat promotes positive patient experience
