This LPN position is a staff role with direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care, coordinating care delivery within their scope of practice, and ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Skills required:
Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing experience, including dementia care, preferred.
License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license required.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 50 pounds); full use of upper and lower extremity motor skills.
