This LPN position is a staff role with both direct care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN oversees nursing personnel to ensure the delivery of care within scope of practice, coordinating care to meet residents' needs according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds; full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
