Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Susquehanna (located in Harrisburg) is hiring a part-time LPN with a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

Position Overview

This LPN position involves both direct care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care. They coordinate care within their scope of practice, ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing, medication supervision, and documentation
