Position Overview

This LPN position involves both direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties over caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
