Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med Surg assignment in Lewiston, Maine. Night shifts are available for a 12-week contract with weekly pay.

You will provide bedside care, monitor vitals, assist with medications and IV therapy, and document in EMR/EHR. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications, current BLS, and at least 1 year of Med Surg experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• One year of LPN Med Surg experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med-Surg environment.
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes.
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws.
• Support care plans and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
